Our 3D printed items are made from different materials depending on the product. Each listing will specify the material. General care guidelines apply to all prints.
Cleaning
Wipe with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth
A soft toothbrush can help clean textured or detailed areas
Do not soak or submerge in water
Avoid alcohol, acetone, or solvent-based cleaners
Heat & sunlight
Keep away from direct sunlight — UV exposure can cause fading and warping
Do not leave in a hot car, near an oven, or in direct outdoor heat

Handling & storage
Handle with care — 3D prints can be brittle under sharp impact

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item showing the issue
Keep the item — we do not require you to return damaged goods
Once I've reviewed your photos and confirmed the issue, we'll begin production on your replacement right away.
